We are a small team and usually reply within a few days. If you are reporting a detection result you disagree with, include the text you checked (or a description of it) and what you expected: it helps us improve the tool.
Before you write
- A score you disagree with? Read what the evidence says about detector accuracy and why false positives happen first. A score is a probability, never proof.
- Privacy questions? See our Privacy Policy. Short version: text you check never leaves your device.
- Something broken? Tell us your browser and what you were doing when it happened.
What we do not do
We cannot verify who wrote a specific piece of text, provide certificates of human authorship, or intervene in academic or workplace disputes about AI use. Our tools give probabilities; judgments about people are yours to make carefully.
